Refund Policy

Online shopping can be daunting at times, so please feel free to communicate in advance if you feel unsure about your purchase by emailing us at curatedchaosnz@gmail.com

Our main objective is for you to be happy about your purchase and develop a trusting and ongoing relationship. We have the following return policies in place, but will do our very best to accommodate any exchange or credit note wherever possible.

Due to the nature of recycled goods, we are unable to offer a refund so please purchase wisely and feel free to email with any questions before purchase.  If circumstances allow, we may be able to offer an online credit.

Returns are available on any new item listed at full retail price. In this situation a full refund will be processed providing the following steps are taken.

* notification of intention to return to curatedchaosnz within 48 hours of receiving the item.
* item received by curatedchaosnz in original condition with all tags/labels intact within 7 days of purchase date.

Returns may be available on any new item listed at a sale price.  In this situation we are happy to swap your item for another where possible (additional shipping to be paid by the customer), or issue a store credit for the amount (less shipping), provided the following steps are taken.

* notification of intention to return to curatedchaosnz within 48 hours of receiving the item.
* item received by curatedchaosnz in original condition with all tags/labels intact within 7 days of purchase date.

At all times we will do our best to disclose any wear or defects within the product listing and photographs.

Should a product be faulty, or not as described, we will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. (Recycled garments excluded)
